In those thoughts, Chuncheon
city and the Chuncheon Foundation
for Cultural and Industrial
Development(CFCI) have established
this museum in order to help
the public to understand and
realize the significance of
animation.
This animation museum is the
only one in Korea, and its purpose
is to prepare the way for future
development in the industry,
as well as to illuminate the
importance and history of animation
as to find, collect, preserve,
exhibit and study information
and materials related to animation.
